Do You Need Medical Help Now? Extra Services Which Are Available To Help You Are:

1) GP video Consultation.

Download the App and consult with a Doctor in Minutes or book 7 days in advance. On Android devices click here: Android Doctor App or go to Google Play app store, search on "Livi NHS GP Appointments" and download.

To down load the app on IOS Apple Device go to the App store on your Device, search for Livi app and download.

2) Visit your Pharmacy

The Community Pharmacy service (CPCS)  enables NHS patients to see a community pharmacist when they have a minor illness or need an ’emergency supply’ of a medicine without seeing a doctor first. To use the service call NHS 111 and ask to be referred.  For further information click oe the link: CPCS . Alternatively you can simple ask your pharmacist for help and advice too.

3) Surrey NHS 111 Service

Dial 111 at anytime to access doctors, nurse, pharmacists, mental health, dental nurses and paramedics for urgent but not emergency medical help

4) Urgent Treatment Centre at St Peters Hospital 

The UTC treats all minor illnesses and injuries requiring immediate care, where patients do not need care in an A&E department. Open 8am to 2am with GP's available. You can call NHS 111 for an appointment or just turn up.

5) Ashford walk in Centre

Provide a wide range of services aimed at the treatment of minor injuries/ illness, as well as the improvement of the health and well-being of the local community. Open 8am to 8pm every day. Just turn up or call 01784 884 000 or email or Surrey.wics@nhs.net (not medical matters).

Is your child unwell? 

Try the new Handi app that gives you helpful advice on child health where to take you child etc. Just brose for "Handi" app in your app store or Google Play. Handi App details

Patient Referrals:

Please be aware that all patient referrals go to the NHS Referral Support Service (RSS). The Clinical Triage Team at the RSS will decide whether they agree with the GP's referral or not and they should contact the patient to let them know the date/time of your appointment.  Occasionally this does not happen or the GP referral is rejected and the patient is not informed by RSS. In the first instance if your referral is taking  a long time or your need your referral password please contact the RSS team on 01372 232500 or email NWSreferrals@nhs.net

Studholme are open extra hours on Monday & Wednesday to 9pm and to Noon every Saturday for prior booked appointments only. If you are seen in one of these NICS clinics and wish to chase a referral or have comments please contact nics.admin@nhs.net (please note this is not an email address for our Practice.) Duty Doctor

We run a daily duty doctor clinic. Patients are seen by order of medical need and not by arrival time hence you may need to wait sometime to be seen.

We no longer routinely take Urine samples unless these have been requested by a clinician or the patient has defined symptoms. Please see the patient information leaflet and Symptom form.

NHS Free Health Check

Don't forget you can book your free NHS health check if you are between the ages of 40 -74yrs old and have not had a check in the last 5 years. Call reception now to book your appointment and get your health MOT done. These checks are not suitable for those patients that already have conditions like diabetes, heart disease, hypertension etc.

Dentists - Medication and Emergency Appointments

Your dentist is the right person to recommend and prescribe medicines for your dental condition. Please do not expect your GP to prescribe medicines that are best accessed via your dentist. GP is not allowed or qualified to give advice relating to dental matters.

Car Park

We are fortunate to have a large car park however it can be busy so do allow yourself 20mins to park. Please do not use our car park and then go shopping- there is a multi storey car park you can use opposite our Practice.

Our CCTV is for the protection of the Practice and we cannot give our CCTV footage unless requested by law or with the consent of every person/number plate within the CCTV footage.
