To complete the formalities please bring into the practice 2 forms of ID ( i.e. utility bills or bank statements.)

TELEPHONES

As a Practice we have improved our telephone system but in order for us to help you could you please follow these simple guidelines.

If you are ringing to make a routine appointment and it is not urgent could you please ring the surgery after 10.30am and before 4.00pm. For repeat prescriptions, results and insurances could you please call the surgery after 11.00am.

By following these guidelines we will be able to process your calls more efficiently.

ON-LINE APPOINTMENTS SYSTEM

Please do ask about our on-line appointment system at Reception.

INR

If you currently have your INR monitored at the hospital and your levels are stable why not have your levels monitored here at the surgery. It is a simple finger prick test with the result given on the spot and any medication alteration done at the surgery. If you are interested in being tested here at the surgery then please ask to speak to Lesley or Sandra for further information.

Appointments

Please note that appointments are 10 mins and for one problem only. If you have more than one problem then please make a separate appointment. If you hold up the GP with more than one problem the next patient will then be late for their appointment.

ON-LINE REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS

Patients should be aware that repeat prescriptions can be sent via our website. Your prescription will be ready for collection within 48 hours.
