Online Repeat Prescriptions

A repeat prescription is medication that you take regularly that is approved by a doctor it does not include acute medication. If you have not had a repeat medication in the last 6 months it will no longer be on your "Repeat Medication" list (NHS rules not ours).

Registeration is broken down into the 3 steps below.  You need to send an email request to Studholme (include name/DOB). Studholme will reply by email with details to enable you to register for this prescription service by following the instructions below of how to register. Once done you are all set to use you Account/User ID and password to log on.

The passwords for Online Prescriptions cannot be used for Appointments online. Online prescriptions and appointments online are two different independent systems. If you mix up the passwords between the two systems then you will not gain access and may be locked out.

Online Repeat prescription Registration Steps

Step 1: Send an email to Studholme to request your passwords (include your name/DOB)

Send email request to: (Jayne.sadler1@nhs.net)

Step 2 :You will receive your passwords (letter) by email from Studholme.

Step 3: Please register online using the following web link. Click on "Register Online" located in the top right hand corner of the web page.
