Complaints
We take complaints very seriously. If you would like to
make a complaint regarding the surgery or the services
we offer, please contact the Practice Manager, Ms Jenny
Rule, by telephone or, if you prefer, in writing. We
will acknowledge your complaint in writing within two
working days and will give a written explanation within
10 working days.
Our aim is always to give you the highest possible
standard of care within the resources available. Full
