ACCESS ON-LINE BOOKING
APPOINTMENTS

Why not try our on-line
appointment booking system. It is easy to use and
patient friendly. Please follow the instructions below
to guide you through step by step.
If you would like to book your appointments on-line
please ask at reception for one of the Management Team
for your registration form. This letter gives you the
details you require to log into the Access website and
book your appointment.
How to book your appointment on-line:-
• Take your letter home
• Log onto www.studholmemc.co.uk website
• On the first page click on the EMIS Access link (or
you can access it by
clicking here).
• This takes you to the Log In Page
• As this is the first time you have used this web site
use the Create Your Account Here link to set up your new
account
• Put in all the details that are on your letter and
marked Screen 1
• Press Submit
• Then you come to Screen 2 which asks you for Security
Details – these consist of your Surname, Date of Birth,
and Password and confirm Password and a security
question which you pick from the list and put the answer
in the next box.
• Press Submit
• Press go to homepage link
• Once you have entered the practice number, access ID
and your password you are taken to the next screen
• Here if you click on Book an appointment you will see
which appointments are free.
• Click on the time you require and if you want to put
in any text you can in the space provided. Once this is
done you can press book and your appointment is then
booked.
